Nam put a pot of water, on the gas stove.

Right! Nam turned the flame on high, to boil the water fast.
So were the water spinach greens, ready, Nam?
Nam forgot, and had not picked the vegetables yet!
Oh goodness! The water was about to boil, before you remembered?
Nam hurriedly, took a basket out to do it.
At that time, what did you have to do very quickly?
Nam hurriedly, picked and washed the vegetables.
Snapping old leaves, while watching the pot of water, right?
That is right! But the water boiled up, too fast.
So did the water boil over, onto the stove top?
The water boiled over, sizzling everywhere.

Fortunately Nam is okay, just got startled.
Then after that, was the boiled vegetable dish delicious?

On top the eggs, were still runny and raw.
One side burned black, one side not cooked yet!
Finally, Nam also set the dinner table.
Your dinner meal last night, was really memorable.
The soup was salty, the eggs half burned and half raw.
But the rice in the cooker, was still soft and fragrant, right?
Fortunately the electric cooker, made very delicious rice.
Cooking alone, when tired easily makes one rush.
